How does the phone answering service work?

  • We allocate you a number which you can transfer calls to
  • You decide how the calls are transferred to us – when your phones busy, turned off, after a set number of rings, between certain hours or manually (good for meetings, long jobs or long drives)
  • You contact your phone service provider and give them the number to transfer calls to and what rules you’ve chosen
  • Our PABX recognises the number and we answer with your company name
  • We handle the call in terms of your instructions
  • We take detailed notes of the call
  • We get the messages to you via email, text or text & email
  • We provide monthly call statistics
  • We allocate 10 call termination codes which you can personalise so you can see what the calls were about to help with your marketing
  • All operators are based in Auckland
